New Re-TRAC Connect Users

Step 1: Create Your Account

To register your organization, please create a user login and password by following the steps below to create an account. Upon creating your account, you will receive an email with a link. You must click this link to activate your account. From there you will be able to log in and manage your event listings, request program materials, and report the results of your activities.

If you forget your password, you can reclaim a new one by using the "Forgot Password" functionality found on the login page.

Note: If the activation email doesn't appear in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.

Step 2: GAC Sign-Up & In-Kind Program Materials Request

Please fill out the form to request your in-kind program materials. Please note that program materials are limited and will be provided based on availability.

Note: In-kind Program Material Requests should be completed no later than November 30th to insure materials are delivered in time for your GAC activities. Late requests will be fulfilled based upon availability

Step 3: Enter and Manage Event Listing

Please complete the event listing as best as you can at this time. You will be able to update the event listing and add events as needed. You will also have the option to post/promote your listing on the Great American Cleanup website. If you decide to post your event information on the website, it is your responsibility to update your event information in a timely manner.

What types of events should be listed: Cleanup, fix-up, paint-up, green-up to help keep your community beautiful. Activities can include litter cleanups, litter-free events, school and community playground/park cleanup, renovation or construction; any type of community beautification (e.g. Adopt-A-Spot); roadway cleanup and beautification; clothing collection; reduce, reuse, recycle activities/education; river, lake, seashore cleanups; graffiti removal; cell phone recycling fundraisers; and much more. You can have as many events as you want during the program period.

Final report

Organizations that register and participate in Great American Cleanup activities will be required to complete their final report by August 1st. All activities that take place from July 1, 2012 through June 30th, 2013 should be included in your report.

Reporting has been simplified for Keep America Beautiful Affiliates. The final report will be part of your KAB Annual Report. Other participating organizations will be required to report on their GAC activities in their final report.
